Setai literally means to correct the body and was very popular in Japan until the Meiji period. It focuses on freeing off any restrictions to the head and neck, the spine, the pelvis and the feet to bring about symmetry and paralateral movement. All treatments re-balance and re-alignment the person from head to toe. As a result of this, there is a boost to the immune system, a reduction in body strains and a restoration of symmetry.
